90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal at Woodsprout Toys is to provide you with a large range of high quality wooden toys, games, and activities and to ensure that you are 100% satisfied and happy with what you have ordered.
Sometimes a friend or family member might purchase a similar toy or product for your child, or maybe you just change your mind and decide that you perhaps want something else! In these circumstances we will happily provide you with a full refund for the product (less shipping) or an exchange, provided the product is returned to us in it's original condition and able to be re sold.
You will need to pay the return shipping of the product to us, and we won't be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries. We highly recommend that you ensure the product is packaged appropriately and safely, and is shipped via a trackable shipping method to ensure you have proof of dispatch and delivery.
Please note that not picking up your parcel from the Post Office and allowing it to return to sender will attract a fee. If this occurs, the additional fee charged to us by Australia Post will also be deducted from the refund/exchange amount.
If you opt for an exchange for a different product rather than a refund, the replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge with standard shipping, provided the exchanged product is confirmed in writing within 7 days of an exchange being requested, and it is not a bulky product (for shipping purposes). If the product is bulky, a shipping fee will apply for the replacement product.
For all Satisfaction Guarantee refunds/exchanges, please contact us in the first instance so that we can advise the address for return shipping of the product.
Clearance items are excluded from the 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Refunds/exchanges for clearance items will only be provided when the product is deemed by Woodsprout Toys to be faulty/defective and unable to be repaired.
The Woodsprout Toys 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies for 90 days commencing from the date of purchase.
Please note that the refunded amount will be less any applicable merchant fees as they are not refunded to us. This applies if your initial payment is processed using Afterpay in which case a 6% fee will be deducted from the total refund so that we are not left out of pocket as a result of your change of mind.
Please note: ALL returned items under our Satisfaction Guarantee must be received in perfect condition, including the packaging. If you return an item to us for exchange or refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee and it has been assembled, removed from its original packaging and re-packed, or the packaging is ripped, damaged or has tape or any other labels directly affixed to it in any way we will be unable to provide you with a refund equivalent to the full purchase price. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer and do not have ready access to spare parts and packaging which means that when we receive a returned item, we are unable to re-sell the product as brand new unless it is returned to us in perfect condition.
